RING RESIZING

At Yafi Design, we want your jewellery to fit perfectly. If your ring doesn’t fit as expected, we offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of receiving your order. We will handle the resizing cost for the first adjustment to ensure your ring fits comfortably.

Important Details:

• Time frame: You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your ring to request a resizing. After 30 days, resizing may still be possible, but additional fees may apply.

• Shipping Costs: While we cover the cost of resizing, the customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

• Sizing Limitations: Please note that certain ring styles or designs may have specific resizing limits, especially those with intricate settings or gemstones. If resizing is not possible, we will inform you and work with you to find the best solution.
